For the last month I'v been eating solid food only 3 or 4 daze per week.

Monday or Toozday thru Thurzday I only hav chocolate milk for brekfast then O J, MRD STINGRZ, milk and sum chocolate the rest uv the day. Wen I feel hungry I exersize or sumthing to distract myself and the feeling goez away.

I dropped 10 to 15 poundz by the 2nd week and seem to hav stabilized there. I'd like to drop another 10, so I will haf to cut down on sumthing or work out more.

I think thats part uv why we get fat. Our averaj and typical daily diet stayz the same az we aje, but our metabolizm slowz down and we are less activ.

I havent eaten anything solid sins 3 am monday and not till 3 am today did the scale finally dip a sliver below 180. ( its a cheap old spring scale and not very consistent or accurate, but its the wun I am uzing for this experiment )

My current diet is knot particularly to lose the ten quickly
but to maintain the distance from my goal wait wile
I turn some excess phat into improved strengths.
Beaches and swimming and sunning are the Keys.

A month later and I am still sticking to it! I'v standardized the skejule to eating on Satrday, Sunday & Wenzday. The scale usually showz 180 plus or minus 2, but I wuz down to 176 and up to 184 a few timez. I think the 8 pound ranje iz mostly a combination uv my hydration level and the temperature affecting the scale.
